R01 HL129907-01 AMBALAVANAN, NAMASIVAYAM (PI) 09/15/15-06/30/18 STOP BPD The overall objective of “STOP BPD” (Signature of Top Omic Profiles in BPD) is to prospectively define and validate clinical and “omic” signatures associated with resilience against, or risk for development of BPD. Role: PI U01 HL122626-03 AMBALAVANAN, NAMASIVAYAM (PI) 06/15/14-04/30/19 Alveolar DevMAP The overall objective of Alveolar DevMAP in response to RFA-HL-14-008 Molecular Atlas of Lung Development - Research Center (RC) (U01) is to generate a compendium of the dynamic and regional changes in epigenetic marks, microRNA, mRNA and proteins that happen during alveolar septation, and use this compendium to generate a dynamic temporal regulatory model of normal alveolar septation. Role: PI
